Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. Free return shipping is available only for the first return per order, and applies only within the mainland United States. Return labels must be used within the 30-day return window. Labels that are unused after the return window expires are no longer valid, and items shipped after that time will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require your purchase number.
Please do not send your purchase back before contacting us.
Partial Refunds:
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Refunds for such items will be issued at 50% of the original purchase price.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. Such items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.

* Please note, however, that this free return policy is only applicable for addresses within the mainland United States. Addresses outside the mainland U.S., including APO (Army/Air Force Post Office) addresses, are not eligible for free returns under this policy. It will be the responsibility of the customer to bear the return shipping costs for these excluded addresses. All other return conditions, including item condition and packaging requirements, apply as outlined in our full return policy.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The inspection process will take 5-7 business days, after which we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hi5@bavariatrachten.com. If after 10 days you haven't received your refund, send us a message via email.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hi5@bavariatrachten.com and we will send you a return label to send the item back.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
